50% red grapes (mostly Negreda) and 50% white grapes (Malvasia, Bastardo Branco, Formosa, Poilta etc.)
• Vineyards: 5 plots located in the villages of Uva, Mora and Vale de Algoso
• Soil: schist and quartz
• Vinification: the grapes were stepped on foot and pressed. After a slight cleaning, the must fermented in a stainless steel tank
• Aging: 60% in stainless steel vats and 40% in oak barrels
