Own vineyards of 100% Loureiro. Natural winemaking, without the addition of sulphur, protected with chestnut flower. Pneumatic press without maceration. Fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vat. Ageing for 8 months with batonnage, without added sulphites and protected with chestnut flower. Unfiltered.
