Mâcon Cruzille «Au Quin Câteau»
100% Chardonnay from young vines grown biodynamically, planted in Martailly-lès-Brancion on white and blue marl soils, rather like Jura soils, whereas Cruzille is known for its limestone soils. Harvested by hand, pressed directly, aged in barrels for 8 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
