From the Avinheira vineyard, located near Murteira (Cadaval), planted in 1955, belonging to his wife’s grandfather and cared for by Emanuel since 2018 in organic farming. With clay-limestone soils, it mainly uses Alicante Branco, Seara Nova and Boal Prior, typical of the region’s old vineyards. In the cellar, he made a direct press, fermented and sedimented in stainless steel and aged in used French oak barrels for a year. Vinified without chemicals and with low sulfur content.
