85-year-old vines from 5 different plots, on the north side of the mountain at an average altitude of 650 metres with granite and clay soils. Mixture of red and white grape varieties such as Grand Noir, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Castelão in reds with a slight complement of Arinto and Tamarez in whites. Gentle maceration with stalks for around 6 days in stainless steel. Fermentation and ageing in cement for a year.
