Climate: Mediterrânean and Continental. Hot and dry days, with a big temperature amplitude during the maturation period.
Soils: Xist and Limestone.
Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Petite Syrah, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, between others.
Vinification: Manual Harvesting. Total distemming with light crushing. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.
