
CDR Villages Roaix
Wine made from Grenache and Syrah grapes grown on rounded pebble and red clay soils in Roaix, and Mourvèdre grapes grown on safre soil (in Provençal), a type of agglomerated sand.
Longer maceration for 20 days and ageing in cement vats. Bottled in the summer following the harvest.
