Gli Eremi
A 0.5 hectare vineyard of an old Verdicchio clone, planted in 1980 on a gently sloping south-facing slope.
Harvested between mid-September and early October. Vinified in 10 to 12 hectolitre barrels and aged on fine lees for 18 months.
A wine that seeks to express the light and salt of San Michele.
