Vines planted in 1998. Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc (14%), Petit Verdot (11%).
Destemmed, uncrushed grapes, fermentation in cement vats, aged for 12 months in 400-litre barrels and 12-hectolitre casks, without racking in a reducing environment.
2021 was a complicated year in terms of weather, but with a long cycle and slow ripening, and a fortunately sunny end to the summer, which allowed for fresh ripening.
Harvested from 21 to 27 September.
