Le Combal (Malbec)
Malbec (90%) and Merlot (10%), from the so-called 3rd clay slopes with gravel, draining soils with quartz stones, give more aerial and fluid wines. Fermentation in stainless steel and ageing for 12 to 14 months in used wood.
