Fernão Pires and Malvasia-Rei (Palomino) from 60-year-old vineyards in Pêro-Negro. Whole grapes in a traditional press. Fermentation and ageing in used 400 litre oak barrels for 18 months and a further 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
