Pommard 1er Cru Les Fremiers
Vinified with stems. Fermentation begins at low temperature, with daily pigeage and pumping over, followed by a long maceration of around 30 days to fully extract the matter. After fermentation, carbonic maceration takes place, and ageing in wood lasts between 21 and 23 months. No fining or filtering.
This cru produces wines of great character, with spicy notes and aromas of concentrated fruit, such as plum.
