vm Castelão + Baga
Castelão from Serra de Montejunto (Lisbon) from vines planted in 2006, orientated to the north and south, clonal selection, and Baga from Bairrada from vines planted in ‘72, orientated to the north, mass selection. Clay-limestone soils.
Fermentation with stalks, with indigenous yeasts, in 1000-litre vats and then pressed to age in 2000-litre old barrels for 11 months.
