Os Goliardos - Vinhos de Terroir Europeus

Farm with 6 ha led by Mileine and Eddy Oosterlinck, an exceptional Belgian couple, hedonistic and lyrical, located in the famous appelation «Coteaux do Layon» near the city of Angers, in an area where the Chenin blanc variety, planted in schist and volcanic soils, expresses the fleshy density of the grape variety and its refreshing mineral strength. This white Le Clos comes from a shale plot, ages for 12 months on its lays in used barrels with an additional stage in an 18-month bottle. A white with aromas of quince and flowers, touches of milk, an unctuous mouth and a fresh finish.
