Arenae Malvasia 50cl
Ungrafted Malvasia vineyards on sandy soils, 1 km from the sea. Grapes are immediately destemmed and pressed with a short 6-hour maceration. The resulting must is cooled and decanted during the night. Fermentation on stainless still for 16 days with temperatures between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius. Remains in vats, with battonage during 12 months. Ages in exotic wood casks for 6 months.
