Bourgogne Rouge
Vinification with stems. Fermentation begins at low temperature, with daily pigeage and pumping over, followed by a long maceration of around 30 days to fully extract the matter. After fermentation, carbonic maceration takes place, and ageing in wood lasts between 21 and 23 months. No fining or filtering.
Vines around 40 years old, located on the lower slopes, on deep, clayey brown soils with stones that ensure good drainage. A more generous and immediate wine than the Premiers Crus.
