Caspitos tintinho
The emblematic winemaking process at the Tomaralmá winery, in honour of the Mourão family’s grandfather António, consists of removing the stalks from the grapes to press them with a small proportion of grapes from the same Castelão variety, which have macerated for a few hours and are destined for rosé. Vertical press and fermentation and ageing in fibreglass for 11 months without racking. Bottled by gravity at the end of July 2024.
