Two-thirds of the wine comes from the Buisson terroir exposed to the north-east, with a part of Roaix that doesn’t make it into the wine of the same name. Blend of Grenache (almost 70%) and Carignan (almost 30%) supplemented with Syrah to qualify for the Designation of Origin. The estate’s most important wine aged in cement. Bottled in the spring following the harvest too.
