Les Rosiers
“Les Rosiers is a blend from our younger vines (under 50 years old) in Jasnières. It reflects the diversity of the geological variations in our terroirs, which consist of flinty clay over limestone.
It embodies the evolution of our viticultural choices, as well as the refinement of the expression of a unique terroir.”
A blend from 24 plots (5 ha) in the communes of Lhomme and Ruillé-sur-Loir. Flint-clay soils over tuffeau limestone, with vines aged between 10 and 50 years. Pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in 500-litre barrels on fine lees for 12 months.
Dry wine.
