Les Terrasses (Syrah)
Syrah planted (2004 and 2012) on terraces (granite) in the commune of Montpeyroux, including a massal selection of Petite Syrah d’Auvergne and Serine. All grapes destemmed. Maceration in vats for 20 days, then matured in sandstone amphoras for 10 months. No filtration, sulphites less than 8 mg/l.
