Novantanove
The first harvest in 1999 inspired this oxidative wine, which is only bottled on special occasions.
The solera method is used, which involves ageing in barrels for years and blending different harvests. The grapes are all from our vineyards, both white and red, slightly overripe to concentrate sugars and aromas.
