Oppidum (Chardonnay)
Chardonnay. Limestone and basalt terroir located on the south face of the Corent volcano. Vines planted in 1987. Direct pressing after harvest, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrels (2/3) and vats (1/3) and ageing for one year. Bottled unfiltered. Sulphites approx 15 mg/l.
