Castelão and Tinta Miúda from 30-year-old vines in Pero Negro. 100% whole bunch with mostly whole grapes. Maceration for around 15-20 days. Traditional pressing. Aged in 500-litre oak barrels for between 12 and 24 months, plus 18 months in the bottle.
