Resbarina
Single plot vineyards belonging to Ilda, in Resbarina, Miranda do Douro. Centenary vines near the Douro gorge, of Bastardo, Tinta Gorda, Bastardo Russo, Verdelho, Formosa, Malvasia, Bastardo Branco, +20 grape varieties yet to be identified. Vineyard entirely worked by hand at an altitude of 510m.
Treaded by foot, fermentation with whole bunches and no extraction, pressed after 4 days and aged in stainless steel until bottling.
