
Tanis
Village wine, from 3 vineyards over 70 years old, from Lumeares, A Teixeira.
A mixture of grape varieties in the vineyards, predominantly Mencía, Garnacha Tintorera, Mouratón, Merenzao and 10% white varieties such as Palomino, Godello, Colgadeira and others.
It is fermented in open vats with 100 per cent oak and macerated as an infusion after fermentation for 45 days. It is then aged for 12 months in used barrels and bottled with a small dose of sulphur.
