Castelão, Molar, Ramisco, Tinta Miúda and Touriga Nacional from three different plots in the parishes of Colares, São João das Lampas and São Martinho. Places with different types of bedrock, extremely close to the Atlantic and the Serra de Sintra massif. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, destemming with 8-day tanning. 10-month ageing in chestnut and mahogany vats.
