Vineyard planted inside a “clos”, with a morning sun exposure on a red schist of volcanic origin, rich in iron, with a Bastardo dominant (60%) and the addition of Juan Garcia, Rufete and 5% of white grapes, co-fermented with stems, 700l barrel aging for 12 months, followed by a minimum of 6 in amphorae
