Zero Rosé
A natural extension of the Zero Brut Nature project in the early 2000s.
Between 2002 and 2009, the rosé was a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After 2009, the cuvée began to be based on two Pinot Noir vineyards — one macerated and the other pressed directly — vinified separately.
After tasting, a decision is made as to whether the two parts will be blended, seeking harmony between tannins and acidity. A vibrant Chardonnay and two barrels of Pinot Meunier macerated for 15 hours are also added.
2018 base (80%): 42% PN, 37% Ch, 21% Meunier, and 20% reserve wines.
Bottled in April 2019; disgorgement in February 2024.
