These wines come from 3 plots in the Upper Douro and demonstrate the differences that exist within the same type of soil – schist. These 3 plots are all made from the Rabigato grape variety and are trodden whole in calcatórium for 2 hours. They are then pressed, fermented and aged in cement vats.
