Arenae Ramisco 50cl
Ramisco ungrafted vineyards planted 1 km from the sea. Harvest in early October. 50% distemmed , fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26o-28oC) . The aging process took place over 5 years, first passing through toneis and later through oak barrels and, finally, aging in bottle. Bottled in March 2022.
