Bergweingarten Maceration
100% Sylvaner, grown on brown limestone soil with sandstone influence and south-east exposure halfway up the hillside.
Harvested on 19 September and macerated whole for 7 days before pressing. Matured on fine lees in century-old oak casks for 9½ months. No sulphites added, either to the juice, during ageing or at bottling, and no filtration, mid-July 2024.
