A parcel was planted in 2003 using massal selections from another of their vines. South-facing limestone hillside in the Brézème vineyard. Direct vertical pressing. Natural cold settling. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. Aged on lees for 6 to 8 months. No sulfites before bottling.
