Curral Teles: the influence of humans on wine with different grape varieties, vinification methods and ageing.

From Cima Corgo and Douro Superior with a blend of old vine varieties.
Grapes destemmed and crushed into open cement vats. Alcoholic fermentation/maceration for 10 days. Aged in cement vats for 8 months.
