Curral Teles: the human influence in wine making with different varieties, vinifications and aging.
Rabigato vinified and bottled without the addition of sulphites. From a plot at 600m of altitude, these grapes were directly pressed on a vertical press. Spontaneous fermentation in barrel and vat (50/50) and finished malolactic fermentation. Bottled after 10 months of aging.
