Le Clos
A parcel-based Gamay cuvée, located in Blanzat, on the edge of the Chateaugay cru (limestone and peperite). Destemmed harvest. Maceration for 21 days with indigenous yeasts. Matured in stainless steel vats and fibre. Unfiltered wine.
