Grapes from Emanuel and Rogério’s new partner Flui, a blend of white grape varieties (Seara Nova, Vital, Seminário, Alicante branco and Moscatel Graúdo) from old vines in the region on sandy-clay soils, organic, direct press, fermented in used barrels (50%) and stainless steel (50%), with fermentation finishing in the bottle.
