
Pirata Tutti-Frutti
White and red grape varieties in clay-limestone soil. Fermentation in stainless steel, 1/3 direct press (red grapes), 1/3 maceration with the skins (white grapes) and 1/3 maceration (red grapes). Stage for 10 months in 1500L chestnut and mahogany barrels.
