Syrah and Castelão Francês from vineyards located in Quinta do Olival da Murta, from organic vineyards. Hand harvested in the fresh morning at prime maturity. Grapes are co-fermented and macerated in 1000 litres dornas for 3 days. Then naturraly fermented and aged for 10 months in old 300 litre barrels. Malolatic completed.
