Rot Murle Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir on brown ferruginous limestone soil on hard limestone slabs, at the top of a hill overlooking the plain.
Harvested and sorted on 9 September, the whole grapes macerated and fermented with their indigenous yeasts for 13 days, without destemming, to extract colour and tannins. They were then pressed. Aged for 10 months in uncharred oak casks.
Bottled without added sulphites and without filtration in mid-July 2023.
