Sabrosa branco
Own vineyards planted between 2015 and 2017 on the limestone slopes of Sabrosa in Moreiras Grandes, with grafting in the field of various mixed grape varieties: Arinto, Rabigato, Malvasia fina, Fernão Pires, Malvasia rei, Tamarez, Bical. Short maceration of 12 hours, vertical press, ageing in used barrels for 17 months.
