Rufete, Bastardo, Marufo with other indigenous varieties. Destemmed with a 1-day maceration and pressed directly into barrels. The barrels were filled with the 2022 white, less than 10% of the total. Fermented and aged for 10 months in stainless steel prior to bottling in December 2023.
