100% Castelão, in a vineyard with limestone soil. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Whole bunch, part trodden by foot, part uncrushed and placed in layers. 7-day ageing. Ageing for 1 year in chestnut and mahogany barrels (500 litres).
