vm-Arinto
30-year-old vineyard on brown clay-limestone soil typical of the western region. Grafting in the field in 2021, from a poly-clonal selection of the Arinto grape variety. One-day maceration in a vat with stems, fermentation in cement and subsequent ageing for 10 months in 225-litre barrels.
