Vincent “Quaresma” is not a football player but he does the half-marathon and he is not austere either. Discreet and shy at the start but very generous when you let go. In the vineyard and in the wine, it does not save its energy to support the young viticulturists who start. It benefits from a beautiful heritage of vineyards in the first côtes of Vouvray, with clay-limestone soils with flint and deeper clay-limestone soils, which naturally caresses to decline the entire range of Vouvray wines, from sparkling wines (Vouvray brut, cuvée Ancestrale produced to from old vines) to sweet whites passing through dry whites (with a blend white called Vouvray sec, and two wines from Le Peu Morier plot with a deep clay soil and a little sand on top and Le Clos, with a limestone base and shallow clay soil, in a pure Chenin version. Tania who came from South Africa gives her African touch and this fusion generates a generous energy.
