Field blend of 130-year-old vines with a predominance of Jaen and 45 of the region’s indigenous grape varieties such as Baga, Marufo, Tinta Pinheira, among others. Biodynamic viticulture. Year with heavy rain during the harvest, cooler than the usual “new”. Natural vinification with fermentation in infusion vats. Ageing in 500 litre barrels for 18 months. Bottling in August 2023.
