Tinto Curral Teles Alfa 2020/2021 – “Vermelho Wine”
Winemaking method already used by the Romans and the Cistercian monks. Whole red grapes (Touriga Francesa, Roriz and Tinta Barroca) are crushed for 3 hours in Calcatórium. They are then pressed in a vertical press and the must is fermented and aged for 8 months in cement vats.
