Banlieue Rouge (Gamay d’Auvergne, Syrah, Aligoté)
A blend of Gamay, Muscat Chardonnay (20%) and a touch of Syrah. Grapes purchased (in conversion to organic farming) from the Dallet volcanic terroir. Blended after fermentation, the muscatés are vinified in orange (for 2 months). Aged in vats. No added sulphites
