Brézème Vieille Roussette
100% Roussanne. Vines over 70 years old, an old variety of Roussanne known locally as Roussette. South-facing limestone slope in the Brézème vineyard. Direct vertical pressing with natural cold decanting. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is made and aged partly in terracotta amphorae and partly in 15-year-old barrels. No sulfites before bottling.
