Foxtrot
Old vines with an average age of 80 years with granite and clay soils. Blend of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and different varieties of Moscatel. Gentle maceration with stems for 5 days. Pressed and fermented for 2 months in stainless steel vats. Ageing in used barrels for 1 year.
