Old vines with an average age of 80 years with granite and clay soils. Blend of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and different varieties of Moscatel. Gentle maceration with stalks for 5 days. Pressed and fermented for 2 months in cement tanks. After decanting the lees it’s bottled in the spring.
