Name of Arab origin meaning Light, this wine comes from the desire to produce a wine from the centre of Italy with a strong Mediterranean component. Grapes of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Verdicchio and Pecorino (which existed in the area in the 19th century), maceration of around 2 weeks to give an ancestral and impulsive wine, without the addition of sulphur dioxide.
